I am enthusiastic about working with diverse teams to empower people to advance their projects. The chance to share knowledge and to draw on my own experiences of success and how to overcome headwinds in order to move projects forward inspires me.

Story

Over the last decade, I have nurtured the operations of over 50 business entities that ranged from multi-nationals to agile start-ups. As a manager and consultant, I have become familiar with hundreds of innovative technologies and business models. In this work, I repeatedly came across the same problem: all too often, teams fail as teams. They block transformation, let valuable new ideas fizzle out, and slow down people's enthusiasm for innovation. To tackle this problem, I became a consultant.
